The kit comes complete with nine rooms and 10 Floor to ceiling height windows shutters exterior door and steps decorative trims moldings interior staircases and rails. From the fancy porch posts and spindles to the stately thick wood floors and walls the Montclair is the epitome of grand dollhouse style. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings will assist you in easy set-up. Additions and/or porches also available separately. The kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Montclair you will need approximately 1650 shingles. (3/4 shingle x 3/4 reveal).
